4. Trial and Testing Responsibility

We strongly recommend that customers test their device compatibility and internet stability before purchasing long-term subscriptions.

ElitoraTV may provide trial access when available. Purchasing a subscription without testing means the customer accepts the service as delivered.

5. Technical Support Commitment

Before any refund is considered, customers must contact our support team and allow reasonable time for troubleshooting.

Our support team is committed to resolving technical issues as quickly as possible.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing time may take between 5 to 10 business days depending on the payment provider.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting ElitoraTV support first may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your account.

  • Restriction from future purchases.

  • Legal action in cases of fraudulent claims.
